The buzzing pace of city life seems distant and history closer when we cross the threshold of Palazzo Chiesa, in Corso Venezia 36.
Designed by architects Savoldi and Bersani in 1897 according to a neoclassical layout strongly influenced by Italian modernism (which will be the prelude to the liberty style).
The building is characterized by a great decorative richness; in the wide rooms decorated by marbles, plasters, and glasses, in the courtyard with painted vaulted ceilings, and in the historical garden overlooking Via Cappuccini holding the famous flamingoes of Milano.
Discover the elegant side of Milano
Situated between Piazza San Babila, Via Montenapoleone, and the Gardens of Porta Venezia, Palazzo Chiesa is immersed in the artistic atmosphere of one of the most fascinating liberty districts of Milano.
The building is just a few steps away from Villa Reale and the Pavilion of Contemporary Art. Moreover, it is located in proximity of the Palestro metro station and the internal bypass, making it easy to move around the city.
The Office Floors; The structure of the various floors develops around the main courtyard and in the adjacent body of the building, rebuilt at the beginning of the twentieth century. Precious decorations and expertly restored antique finishes go along with functional solutions and systems of high-quality standards. The different access possibilities and the sizes of the spaces allow a flexible floor arrangement in boardrooms, areas dedicated to guests and visitors, and private offices.
